The Client: An Online Store Run and Operated by Beer Lovers 

This time around, the clients we worked with operate an online store specializing in craft beer-themed gift baskets. 

They also sell other alcoholic beverage gift baskets, such as whiskey, vodka, and gin bundles. 

Currently, they offer over 150 types of delicious craft beer, all of which are hand-picked by the owners. These aren’t random craft beers, either. They’re some of the highest-rated, best-tasting craft beers selected from the over 3,000 craft breweries in the United States. 

While they certainly had a novelty idea and excellent gift baskets to choose from, their organic traffic was taking a serious hit.

Speaking of link-building, the site desperately needed more authority, so we built links for their product collection pages (with the most emphasis going towards their gift sets). 

Through a combination of outreach, guest posting, and link insertions, we were able to achieve extremely impressive backlink placements, like this one on MAJOR website Today.com:
