The client operates a SaaS website that provides C# PDF services to subscribers. 

In other words, they allow users to generate, edit, convert, and format PDFs in the C# programming language within the .NET framework. 

It’s an extremely useful platform for web developers and programmers who need to convert different file types to PDF. 

However, the client was having trouble ranking for keywords related to their business, such as ‘javascript wait 5 seconds’ and ‘convert html to pdf.’ 

While they knew they had a great product due to glowing customer feedback, their poor performance on search engines was stopping them from reaching their full potential.

During their initial free consultation, they expressed how they wanted to improve their rankings and generate more traffic. After some discussion, we decided their primary SEO goals were to:

The Strategy: Building Backlinks to Blogs and Key Features Pages 

Our client is an expert in web design and programming languages, and they were already writing and publishing blogs. 

Since their expertise was so strong, we let them continue writing the content, but we optimized it for SEO in several ways:

  1. We researched trending SaaS keywords to uncover interesting blog topics. 
  2. After the copy was done, we added relevant internal and external links. 
  3. We built valuable backlinks for each blog page to increase its ranking power.

Also, we ensured each blog was readable, engaging, and contained high-resolution images to break up the text.
